J30J Mixed Current (Hybrid) Micro-D Connectors

To meet the demands of highly integrated hardware designs, the J30J Mixed Current Hybrid Connector series introduces a mixed current structural design, enabling a single connector to simultaneously handle high-power transmission and low-current control requirements.

While retaining core conventional technical performances such as a wide operating temperature range of -55℃ to +125℃, a dielectric withstanding voltage of 800V at room temperature, and a durability of 500 mating cycles, the hybrid series presents the following significant distinctions from the standard models:

  • Integration of Dual Current Ratings: Breaking the 3A limitation of the standard models, the hybrid series incorporates both 3A low-current contacts and up to 20A high-current contacts within the same metal shell.

  • Asymmetrical Hybrid Layout: Standard J30J connectors utilize a regular array of uniform hole diameters (e.g., J30J-15, J30J-37, J30J-100). In contrast, the hybrid series offers customized pinouts with alternating hole sizes, such as 09P02, 11P04, and 39P02. Additionally, pure high-current configurations ranging from 2 to 10 pins are also available.

  • Broader Range of Wire Gauges: Due to the different contact specifications, the low-current contacts in the hybrid series accommodate 0.1 to 0.15 mm² wire gauges, whereas the high-current contacts are designed for larger cross-sectional areas of 2.0 or 3.0 mm².
